What a relief!

Uh! What a relief! Exams are over. Now comes the once in a lifetime opportunity for IUBians (students of IUB). The LFE (Live in Field Experience) starts from 4rth January and would last up to 17th. So there would be another break in blogging, which I really, really hate.

LFE is designed to teach us many things. Particularly fieldwork and group work. Each group is assigned to work in a particular village and collect all the information (regarding society, economy, agriculture, education, health, environment, and demographics) they can and then come up with a research paper that states and interprets those data. My area of concentration is Economy and Agriculture but I wanted to do Social Conditions and Change. I think that would be more interesting.

This is a huge task. We have seen reports of other groups who are done with LFE. Some reports are more than 300 pages. That's a lot of work for only 3 credits. Let's see what we can do. Whatever I do I can ensure you that I'll bring pictures from Comilla.

Anyway, my younger brother Waly is in Paris, France. He is blogging! Some may find spelling/grammatical mistakes in his write-up but he is quiet able to express himself. I bet you will find it interesting.
